You are skilled at guiding both new and regular guests through our seasonal scratch menu by attentively listening to their preferences and recommending food and beverage pairings. Physical Requirements: 

● Constant standing and walking. 

● Occasional stooping, kneeling, and crawling. 

● Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and/or ramps. 

● Ability to stand and maintain well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours per shift. 

● Frequent flexing and rotation of the spine, elbows, and wrists. 

● Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally (e.g., cases of wine, full ice buckets). 

● Constant communication with guests and employees. 

● Regular use of POS/Computer systems. 

● Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. 

● Manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
