Experienced Craft Bartender for Uptown Life Group

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

● Minimum of 1 year craft bartending experience required.

● Verify customers' identification to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations.

● Commitment to embodying Uptown Life Group values.

● Experience working in an elevated service environment.

● Exceptional food and beverage product knowledge. 

● Ability to make drinks quickly and accurately. 

● Punctual, timely, and responsible.

● Superior communication skills.

● Clean and well-groomed appearance. 

● Must possess sound and professional judgment. 

● Well-organized and efficient work style. 

● Able to multi-task.

Physical Requirements:

● Constant standing and walking. 

● Occasional stooping, kneeling, and crawling. 

● Occasional ascending or descending of ladders, stairs, and/or ramps. 

● Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours per shift.

● Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing and rotation of the spine, elbows, and wrists. 

● Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis. 

● Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs (e.g., case of wine, full ice buckets). 

● Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of spoken words and in the process of communicating with guests and employees. 

● Constant use of POS/Computer systems. 

● Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. 

● Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
